The beginning

When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? Most of your answers , I hope, are what you are now!

Outside of wanting to be a doctor of some sort, I knew I wanted to do something artistic.

Even my Dad wanted me to do something artistic!

So, with the artistic curiosities bubbling up inside, my dad purchased my first digital camera for me at the age of 15.

See that young-in over to the right?!

That's me - From age 2 to age 16!

The middle

There I was, wandering my way through all the artistic outlets I could!  I was in Music classes, Art classes, Color Guard, Sports Medicine, and messing around with my camera! I have always had a huge passion for the artistic side of life.

I eventually upgraded to my first big girl camera, A Nikon Coolpix. Once I picked my camera up, I couldn't put it down. I took photos of everything I saw and asked everyone I knew.

After high school, I drifted into the modeling world while I was discovering photography. I enjoyed it while it lasted, but I much prefer to be on the other side of the lens!

Pause! Family time

After lots of testing the waters, and finding the route I wanted to go, life said "hold on, you have some life to start yourself!"

In 2012 I met my husband. After dating for a while, we got married in 2014. Down the road in 2016, we welcomed a beautiful baby girl!

The now

I love working with families and weddings, focusing on couples portraits and adventure sessions. I'm up to traveling as soon will be traveling per state to capture some of the most beautiful couples. I've had the pleasure of working with new moms, whole families  yoga teahers and dancers,, brides, and much more.

I truly love working as a photographer. Not only am I able to connect with people, but it's my job to capture the truly beautiful, raw, emotional moments of their lives.
